Shaun Rowley
Director

From a young age Shaun was an aspiring businessman. In his mid-twenties he decided to change direction and buy his first 'buy to let' and this was the catalyst to a large portfolio of properties and after 17 years as a landlord and developer Shaun has realised his dream of becoming an Estate Agent. Ironically Shaun purchased his first ever property from Academy and when the opportunity arose to become part of the long established Cheshire Brand he felt it was fate. A well-known Widnes local with a down to earth no nonsense approach to property sales and management which has been the key to his success, This coupled with his eye for attention to detail and flair for marketing will ensure you get the best service possible when presenting your property.

Daniele (Dan)
Property Marketer

Danielle has worked with Shaun for 18 months, starting in the legal department as an administrator, Dan is an intelligent, trustworthy reliable member of the team, who graduated from Edgehill University last year gaining a degree in Psychology.

Danielle is responsible for marketing of all our properties, from taking photos, working out room sizes, writing the property description, and liaising with our vendors to make sure they are happy with the advertising that we carry out.

Jack Campbell
Property Consultant

Jack Campbell is a 22 year old Estate Agent. He graduated from University of Liverpool in 2014 with a Law LLB (Hons) degree. He has a strong background in retail and sales, working in Shops and Fitness centres as well as National chain restaurants. As a result, he shows a deep understanding for customer service and your needs. He is passionate about property. This has been indoctrinated into him from an early age, when his mother used to subject him to Real Housewives of Orange County to look at all of the stylish furniture and grandiose structure design of the houses!

A naturally friendly, approachable person, Jack is the perfect person to call to arrange any viewings as well as to give you feedback on your own property, and will try to negotiate the best deal for everybody. His knowledge for the industry, like Academy, is always growing.
