Included in each room is a wall mounted, 32inch LED Samsung TV and external aerial.
All rooms are heated by gas central heating that can be controlled individually by a wall-mounted control located in each bedroom.
There is a large shared kitchen, completed to a high standard and includes; cookers, fridges, freezers, washing machines and a tumble dryer, along with other small appliances.
Initial deposit of £250 required for each room.
Double occupancy rooms require £300 deposit.

Administration and reference fee of £50 per person.
4x weeks / 1-month rent and deposit required prior to start of tenancy.
